Przemek Ben Paczek, CEO & Co-Founder
Przemek is the CEO of Nevomo and co-founder of the company. Previously, he held the position Chief Product Officer responsible for coordinating the development of Nevomo’s products, including supervision of R&D projects and collaborations in technology areas. Przemek has over fifteen years of managerial experience in finance and sales, gained mostly in private banking, fund management, real estate brokerage and land development sectors. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Ph.D. candidate at Kozminski University in Warsaw (Management in New Technologies). Przemek is a graduate of ESCP Europe in Paris (Master’s in Management: London-Madrid-Paris, Major: Public Management), Cracow University of Economics (Master’s in Economics, Major: Spatial Economics) and the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Program at Kozminski University (in cooperation with Harvard Business School). He is a scholarship holder of the French Foreign Ministry (Bourse Eiffel).
Eliseo Auciello, CTO
Eliseo is Nevomo’s CTO since July 2023. He is responsible for the technical strategy planning and project execution. He is an experienced manager in the rail industry, having gained his experience at Stadler Rail, Bombardier Transportation and Molinari-Rail in a number of roles over 20 years: Design-Engineer, Project-Manager, Head of Engineering and Managing Director. He graduated as an electrical engineer in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Kacper Koniarski, Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder
Kacper is an engineer specializing in mechanics and mechanical engineering. At Nevomo, he is responsible for technology development. Initially in the company he served as a design engineer, and later as a leader of the mechanical team. Before joining Nevomo, he worked as a design engineer designing and constructing elements of devices for automatic labelling and marking of products at Promark Produkcja, as well as constructing and servicing anti-terrorist robots in Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów. During his studies at the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautics, where he received the title of engineer, as a project manager he was active in the Student Vehicle Aerodynamics Club.
Stefan Kirch, Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder
Stefan is the Chief Commercial Officer at Nevomo, leading the commercialization of MagRail technology. He has co-founded initiatives in the railway sector, focusing on innovation and future-proofing rail systems. Stefan has held key roles in business development, sales, and product management at companies like Deutsche Bahn and Accenture. His expertise spans across rail infrastructure, digital business models, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on modernizing and transforming the railway industry.
Harj Dhaliwal, Chief Business and Capital Programmes Officer & Co-Founder
Harj is a seasoned executive with an established track record in the Middle East, India, and Europe. With over 40 years in transportation, infrastructure, and advanced mobility. Harj is the Chief Business and Capital Programs Officer for Nevomo Technologies and is leading Nevomo’s strategy to develop and implement its technology across the Middle East India region. Prior to his current role, Harj had his own advisory consultancy, was the Managing Director for Virgin Hyperloop, and Senior Vice President for Parsons Corporation. Notably Harj was accountable for the successful design, construction and commercial operation of the first stage of national freight railway for the United Arab Emirates and pioneered the development of the Mumbai – Pune Hyperloop project in India. Harj has a proven track record in developing and delivering mega transport projects around the world in complex, political, and regulated environments. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Member of the UK Engineering Council, and is an Advisor to Airbus Industries.

Paweł Łopaciński, Legal Counsel
Paweł Radziszewski, Director of System Engineering and IT & Co-Founder
Paweł is Co-Founder and Director of System Engineering and IT at Nevomo. Until July 2023, he held the CTO position. He is responsible for the IP strategy, technical strategy planning and system-level project preparation, as well as IT department operations. He has a degree in aerospace engineering. He graduated in 2018 from the Mechanical Department of Power and Aeronautics at the Warsaw University of Technology. During this time he took part in various student and scientific projects. He is a winner of international technology competitions, including SAE Aerodesign West in Los Angeles (in all categories) and Shell Eco-marathon in Rotterdam. He was also the team leader of the Hyper Poland University Team, which twice reached the finals of the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition, organized by the company owned by Elon Musk. He gained his experience in projects carried out by the Warsaw University of Technology in cooperation with Lockheed Martin as part of the Optimization of Unmanned System of Systems (OpUSS) grant. He also participated in other R&D grants, including Generation of the Future, the Best of the Best (NZN), organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Autonomous Sea-based Platforms (APN), organizes by the Ministry of National Defense. In 2021, Paweł was included in the Forbes „30 before 30” list – which profiles young and talented people in Polish business who change and conquer the world.
Jędrzej Lelonkiewicz, Finance Director
Prior to Nevomo, Jędrzej was associated with the public sector. His experience includes working for companies in the PKP S.A. Group. (PKP Informatyka Sp. z o.o.) and the PFR S.A. Group. (Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A.). He specializes in financial analysis, reporting, standardization, automation and IT solutions. He has experience in implementing ERP systems, designing workflow processes, managing budgets, preparing financial plans and strategies, as well as monitoring results and optimizing processes. At Nevomo, he is responsible for the financial area. He earned a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He also completed a master’s degree in Corporate Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Sebastian Kałuża, Managing Director Operations
Sebastian is a railway engineer with extensive experience in R&D projects. At Nevomo, he leads and implements R&D policies, objectives and initiatives. He has been involved with the rail industry for over 10 years. He was the head of traction unit maintenance at PKP Intercity S.A. and a member of the implementation team for the „Pendolino” train delivery projects in Poland. He was also an industrialization manager and R&D project manager at Alstom Konstal S.A. He is a specialist in process optimization and Lean Management transformation in enterprises. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Silesian University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Dariusz Wiatr, Chairman of Advisory Board
Dariusz is Warsaw based venture capital fund manager and hands on investor with several years of experience in managing sovereign-backed VC funds in Europe, credited to have founded Helix Venture Partners which was amongst the earliest VC funds set up with Polish public money. He started his career in San Francisco as a management consultant with Accenture and McKinsey acquiring deep domain and executional capabilities, having driven initiatives in strategic advisory, deal origination and fundraising for various technology companies. Dariusz was also instrumental in founding Mckinsey’s Central European Business Technology Office in Warsaw, implementing solutions across insurance, telecommunications, information technology, and other sectors. He continues to leverage his extensive network in the US and EU, covering both buy side and sell side, playing a vital role in sourcing investment opportunities, fund raising and forging strategic partnerships across Europe.
Jacques Berrebi, Co-Founder

Jacques is a French serial entrepreneur. He started his career in the media and advertising industry, holding key positions in Havas. Based on this experience he had co-founded Teleperformance, which over time became the biggest telemarketing company in the world, longtime part of CAC40 index of Paris stock exchange, with top market capitalisation of EUR 20bn. After exiting the company fully around 2010 he got involved in launching several successful new ventures in media, biotech and other industries. His journey with Nevomo started in late 2021, and led to his involvement as a strategic investor and late co-founder. Jacques supports the company in strategy, fundraising, access to international partners and decision makers.
